CASA for Douglas County is seeking highly qualified candidates for an open Training Coordinator position. Training and supporting volunteers are at the heart of CASA's mission. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and facilitating trainings on virtual platforms, is committed to collaboration, and has a vision for equipping advocates to play a vital role in the lives of children in foster care.

Position Purpose: The Training Coordinator advances the mission of CASA for Douglas County by providing leadership for the development, implementation, and evaluation of volunteer pre-service training and continuing education, staff professional development, and collaboration with community partners. This position will monitor and execute the organization’s training plan and maintain alignment with the organization’s overall strategic plan, in collaboration with the Director of Volunteer & Community Engagement.
